The 60-day window
We back every Nervory order with a 60-day money-back guarantee. You may request a refund of the product purchase price within 60 days of the delivery date, whether the bottles are full, partly used, or empty. We want you to try Nervory honestly.
Starting a return
To begin, contact us at [email protected] or +1 (701) 555-0148 with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address for our fulfillment center and confirm your request. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
What is refundable
The refund covers the product purchase price paid through this portal. Original shipping charges, where they applied (for example the 2-bottle starter's $9.99 fee), are not refunded. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Processing your refund
Once your return reaches our fulfillment center and is checked in, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping, at no cost to you.
Exclusions
This policy applies only to purchases made through nervoryofficial.com. Products bought from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces are not eligible, which is one more reason to order only through this authorized portal.
